How to Complain
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us through our support ticket system. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days.
Escalation

Your Statutory Rights
This complaints procedure does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
